The Ministry of the Interior of the Slovak Republic is the administrator and operator of the ISVS government cloud, which part of the target solution will be the provision of the three services IaaS, PaaS and SaaS. This project focuses on building the functionality and module of the ISVS in question, which will deliver PaaS functionality.

The project focuses on building a system that:

• expand the government cloud with Platform as a Service services;
• will introduce current procedures and trends (devops and governance) into the management and operation of the PaaS government cloud, expand the currently provided Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) services related to PaaS;
• will provide ready-made central components for use by other ISVS;
• will provide newly built Exchange services, which represent a complex transparent provision of Exchange services, where e-mail boxes are set up for the customer of the service in multitenant mode. Standard MS Exchange functionality will be available, while the main administration at the PaaS platform level will be provided by the cloud operator, and administration at the tenant level will be provided by an authorized person of the involved institution.
