The government cloud operated by the Ministry of the Interior reduces costs for numerous public administration institutions.
For more than eight years, the Ministry has been running storage and systems within the government cloud, which has gradually replaced the operations of many state-owned server rooms. It provides services to more than 50 state organizations and supports over 200 projects. Like any solution based on shared resources, it saves time and money for customers, while also meeting specific eGovernment requirements for architecture and security.
The Ministry of the Interior has built and continues to expand the government cloud services, primarily with EU funds under the Operational Program Integrated Infrastructure.
The government cloud provides users with hardware, memory, and data storage, enabling state institutions to save on costs related to networking, backups, and, most importantly, security. As a result, the government cloud significantly contributes to the efficient operation of public administration. Link
